The website www.eclotique.com (the “Website”) and the Content displayed on the Website are published and owned by ECLOTIQUE GENERAL TRADING L.L.C- S.P.C., with the address of Saadiyat Islan, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates a (hereinafter "Eclotique" or "We"). Eclotique offers you the access to and the use of this Website, as well as the Content on the Website in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein and in these Terms and Conditions (“Terms&Conditions”). By accessing and using this Website, you acknowledge that you will be deemed to have read and accepted the Terms&Conditions and you will be bound by and abide with these Terms&Conditions. In case you do not agree with these Terms&Conditions, you shall not use or browse the Website.

1.1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Eclotique’s liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1.
